Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with Walraven Interiors,
located at Bezuidenhoutseweg 265-C1, 2594 AN The Hague, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 96458585 | VAT:
NL867619843B01). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Orders and Payment

  • 2.1 Orders can be placed via the webshop, by email, or via Instagram DM.
  • 2.2 Walraven Interiors accepts online payments only; cash payments are not possible.
  • 2.3 Production and/or shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

Article 3 – Delivery

  • 3.1 Delivery time is between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the type of product.
  • 3.2 Delivery is carried out via PostNL.
  • 3.3 Shipping costs are €6.95 per order. Orders of €200 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • 3.4 Delivery is available exclusively within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Article 4 – Custom-Made Products

  • 4.1 Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
  • 4.2 Specifications and approvals are coordinated via email or by telephone.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

  • 5.1 Stock products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
  • 5.2 Customers must contact us in advance to arrange a return.
  • 5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 5.4 Please refer to the full return policy on the Walraven Interiors website.

Article 6 – Warranty and Complaints

  • 6.1 Walraven Interiors provides a standard warranty on its products.
  • 6.2 Complaints can be submitted by email or phone.
  • 6.3 Walraven Interiors aims to respond to complaints within 1 to 2 business days.

Article 7 – Liability

  • 7.1 Walraven Interiors is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
  • 7.2 Any liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

Walraven Interiors is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including natural disasters,
pandemics, disruptions at carriers, or government measures.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes

  • 9.1 All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  • 9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
